Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to lead production planning, material scheduling, and procurement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The role ensures schedules align with demand, materials availability, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of production scheduling experience, ERP/MRP proficiency (NetSuite preferred), and strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate cross-functionally and maintain precise schedules in a GMP-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, production capacity, and material availability.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely product delivery.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address changes in demand, material shortages, equipment downtime, or other disruptions.
• Lead planning reviews and maintain forecasts for materials and resource requirements.
• Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, improve scheduling accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely availability of materials through effective procurement planning and supplier coordination.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40-45 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, supply chain, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely product delivery.
