The Amatriot Group in Chantilly, VA is seeking an experienced Schedule Manager to lead the development and maintenance of integrated master schedules for government and contractor programs. You will drive Agile scheduling aligned with Program Increments and sprints, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in complex schedule management, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft 365, Visio, and Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, integrate, and maintain government and contractor schedules within the IMP/IMS.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain Agile-based schedule per Program Increments and Sprints.
• Manage schedule updates and approvals with internal and external customers.
• Provide recurring program schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Develop solutions to mitigate schedule risk and achieve program goals.
• Report on program progress and resolve critical path items and conflicts.
• Identify and recommend scheduling best practices across the program.
• Communicate effectively and use Microsoft 365, Visio, and Adobe Pro proficiently.
• Prioritize tasks and apply creative problem-solving across varied situations.

Target Salary Range*:$70,000 - $80,000

*This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain multiple government and contractor schedules within the program's top-level Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and associated Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The government uses these as day-to-day execution tools to periodically assess progress in meeting program requirements.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain an Agile-based schedule in accordance with established Program Increments and Sprints, leveraging a Kanban approach for Service Delivery.
• Manage schedule updates and approvals on a recurring basis with internal and external customers.
• Provide recurring program schedule updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop solutions to mitigate schedule risk and achieve program goals and objectives.
• Report on program and project progress in accordance with the IMP at program reviews, and resolve critical path items, inconsistencies, and conflicts.
• Identify and recommend scheduling best practices across the program.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and use Microsoft 365 applications, Visio, and Adobe Pro proficiently.
• Prioritize various tasks, interpret specific instructions, and apply creative problem-solving techniques across a variety of situations.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in complex program schedule management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
• Experience in Customer Service
• Experience using Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Project managing multiple service delivery teams.
• Must be proficient with MS Project.
• Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally to deliver updates, briefings, or interface with co-workers and leadership.
• Must be able to deliver presentations as needed.
• Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment preferred.
• Experience using Atlassian Jira preferred.

Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
• Must be able to work in an office environment and be able to freely move within this space to utilize office equipment as well as interface with co-workers and customer.
• Must be able to effectively use IT peripherals such as laptop, desktop, printer, fax machine, etc.
• Must be able to deliver presentations as needed.
• Must be able to review; decipher and understand program manuals; IT service requests; work orders; etc.
