Job summary

See’s Candies is seeking a Master Sanitor to perform detailed cleaning of Master Sanitor stations and related equipment. You will disassemble/reassemble machinery, follow GMP, OSHA, and HACCP guidelines, and operate heavy-duty cleaning machines in a production environment.

The role requires reading English, willingness to work day or night shifts, optional overtime, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Location: El Camino.

Job Description Summary: A Master Sanitor is responsible for the detailed cleaning of the Master Sanitor stations listed below. This job function requires, but is not limited to, disassembly and reassembly of production and packing equipment; execution of production, Knowledge in GMP, OSHA Standards and HACCP, CIP procedures; comprehension of MSDS instructions and label directions on pesticides and hazardous sanitizing chemicals; operation of heavy duty cleaning machines; work on ladders, platforms and harnesses, and cross-training in all departments.
