Job summary

See's Candies in California is seeking a Master Sanitor to perform detailed cleaning of Master Sanitor stations, including disassembly and reassembly of production and packing equipment, and to follow GMP, OSHA, HACCP and CIP procedures. Responsibilities also include operating heavy cleaning machines, working on ladders and platforms, and cross-training across departments; MSDS handling and label directions on pesticides and sanitizers are part of the role.

Starting hourly rate is $20.85.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English required.
• Willing to work day or night shift as required.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Physical ability to stand/walk entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Disassembly and reassembly of production and packing equipment.
• Execution of production, GMP, OSHA Standards and HACCP, CIP procedures.
• Operation of heavy duty cleaning machines.
• Work on ladders, platforms and harnesses.
• Cross-training in all departments.
