Job summary

New Day Recovery seeks a Full-Time Master's Level Recovery Clinician to join our compassionate team. You will provide individual and group psychotherapy, develop and monitor treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support residents in achieving lasting sobriety.

We value licensed clinicians (LPC/MSW/LAC/RACL) with 2–4 years of mental health and substance use disorder experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Clinical Mental Health, Social Work, or similar.
• Active licensure or credential (LPC, MSW, LAC, or RACL) preferred/required.
• 2–4 years of direct experience in mental health and substance use disorders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily individual and group psychotherapy sessions with program participants.
• Develop and review treatment plans with residents and update them regularly.
• Complete progress notes within 24–48 hours of service and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with treatment team and external professionals for integrated care.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain ethical standards in care delivery.
