VitalCore Health Strategies in Mississippi seeks a Master's Level SUD Counselor to join the Behavioral Health Unit at the Southern MS Correctional Facility in Leakesville. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide crisis stabilization, intakes and ongoing evaluations for inmates.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in a clinical field and experience in counseling.
• Candidates not certified must have direct supervision with documented oversight.
• Experience in public/private health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with medical, psychiatry, and community providers.
• Discharge planning and documentation for each patient.
