Kaleidoscope Family Solutions seeks an Independent Contractor to provide outpatient mental health services to youth and families in Sussex County, DE. Services are primarily delivered in the home or community to empower youth and families to cope and access resources.

Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, collaborative treatment planning, and delivering individual, family, and group therapy. Flexible hours, licensure support, and a broad referral network accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Psychosocial assessments, including diagnosis, clinical disposition, and treatment recommendations.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with DPBHS and other agencies.

Responsibilities
