Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking Masters- or Doctoral-level professionals to provide outpatient mental health services to youth and families as independent contractors across Sussex County, Delaware.

The role includes psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and coordination with DPBHS; license-eligible in Delaware; driver’s license required; background checks; flexible hours with most sessions after 3 PM; compensation $30–$37 per hour plus a $150

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• License-eligible or licensed in Delaware (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or licensed psychologist preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Background Checks + Drug Test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments including diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
• Develop collaborative treatment plans based on client needs and supports.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as needed.
• Offer crisis intervention and planning when necessary.
• Coordinate services with DPBHS and other agencies.
• Educate families about resources, diagnoses, and treatment options.
• Provide culturally competent care and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and comply with ethics.
