Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Pennsylvania licensure as a LAPC in Media, PA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Qualified candidates must be PA-board approved, reside within 45 minutes of Media, and be able to work in-office during the probationary period before transitioning to a 50/50 hybrid model with 30 hours of weekly availability for at least 25 sessions.

• Seeking independent licensure in PA, living within 45 minutes of Media.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Must meet PA State Requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure.
• Experience in counseling settings addressing depression and anxiety.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision (preferred).
• Available for minimum 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.

Thriveworks is currently seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Pennsylvania Licensure as a LPC in Media, PA to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions. About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re: approved by the board as a LAPC; must be seeking independent licensure and living in Pennsylvania; must reside within 45 minutes of the office location; ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote); a graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program; must meet all PA State Requirements for Pre-Associate Licensure; graduate or post‑graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required; graduate or post‑graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM‑5 under a licensed supervisor; consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly; a behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children; invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress; confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools; a good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors.

Compensation

Up to $51,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full‑time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer‑sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
