Job summary

BestLife Emotional Health & Wellness Center in Massachusetts seeks a Clinician to provide assessment, counseling, and case management for individuals, couples, and families facing mental health and substance use needs. You will collaborate with the Clinic Director to design groups addressing community needs and participate in licensing, accreditation, and compliance processes.

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
  • Independent license or license eligible preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, treatment planning, and consultation for pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, medication treatment plans, and related interventions.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, meeting regulatory standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools and collaborate with teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
  • Actively participate in licensing, accreditation, and compliance processes.
  • Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners; establish and maintain relationships to support programs, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
  • Pursue professional growth through conferences, trainings, statewide meetings, task forces, committees, and other relevant activities.
  • Promote and integrate agency mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all aspects of work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.
