Job summary

ViaQuest Community Solutions (VCS) in Indiana seeks a Behavioral Consultant (Master's Level) to deliver Medicaid waiver behavioral services in home and community settings. Join a stable team and enjoy a salary with bonus potential, generous PTO, paid holidays, and benefits.

You will conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, develop and supervise Behavioral Support Plans, train direct care staff, and monitor data to ensure positive outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Special Education, Social Work, Counseling or ABA) required.
• Minimum one year of Medicaid Waiver funded behavioral services experience.
• Valid Indiana driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments for each person served.
• Develop Behavioral Support Plans based upon Positive Behavioral Supports.
• Train and consult with direct care staff on plan implementation.
• Responsible for data collection and monitoring the efficacy of plans.
• Provide one-on-one behavior consultation and participate on the individual's support team.
• Perform consistent home-based visits.
