ViaQuest Community Solutions in Indiana is seeking a Behavioral Consultant (Master’s Level) to join a growing team for home and community-based services. This full-time role offers a salary with a bonus program, generous PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits while focusing on individuals with complex needs.

Responsibilities include assessments, designing behavior support plans, training staff, and ongoing data monitoring. Travel within the service area and driving are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and car insurance, reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
• Minimum one year experience providing Medicaid Waiver funded behavioral services.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments for each person served.
• Develop Behavioral Support Plans based on Positive Behavioral Supports.
• Train and consult with direct care staff on implementation of behavior plans.
• Responsible for data collection and ongoing monitoring of plan efficacy.
• Provide one-on-one behavior consultation with individuals with IDD; serve on support team.
• Consistent home-based visits.
