Base pay range

$10.00/hr - $14.00/hr

Assistant Gym Manager

The Assistant Gym Manager is responsible for establishing relationships with new and existing members, helping them “Get to a Healthier Place”. Building the club's business through community outreach and engaging with prospective members is key to success. If you enjoy achieving goals while helping others do the same, this role is for you!

• Manage the club membership base, including operational and financial responsibilities
• Manage a team, motivate staff, and foster a positive club culture to meet goals
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Passion for providing excellent service with leadership experience
• Willingness to learn fitness club management software (e.g., Club O/S, Club Ready, My Fitness Pal)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and top-tier customer service
• Past sales experience and entrepreneurial mindset
• Current CPR and AED certifications preferred
