Job summary

Stratasys Direct Manufacturing (SDM) is seeking a Production Scheduling Manager to lead the development and execution of production schedules that optimize customer delivery, manufacturing performance, and resource utilization.

This role will drive the enterprise scheduling strategy, oversee scheduling systems across multiple facilities, and lead the implementation and continuous improvement of advanced scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing Master Production Schedules (MPS) in manufacturing.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems for production planning.
• Proven track record of improving schedule attainment and on-time delivery.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the master production schedule (MPS), balancing demand, capacity, labor, material, and delivery.
• Develop finite-capacity production schedules to optimize throughput and utilization.
• Monitor schedule adherence and resolve disruptions affecting commitments.
• Establish production priorities and scheduling strategies aligned with objectives.
• Analyze production flow to identify bottlenecks and reduce lead-time variability.
• Develop KPIs for schedule attainment, throughput, WIP, and delivery performance.
