Htprof seeks a Master Production Scheduler in Covington, LA, to develop and execute integrated master production schedules across multiple plants. You will align production plans with customer demand, capacity, and inventory targets, while coordinating with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance.

The role focuses on optimizing inventory, reducing lead times, and enabling data-driven decisions through robust scheduling practices and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles.
• Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Proven experience managing multi-site production schedules.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute master production schedules across multiple facilities.
• Convert demand forecasts into executable production plans.
• Balance capacity, labor, equipment uptime, and maintenance constraints.
• Maintain rolling 8–12 week schedule visibility for proactive planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with demand and capacity.
