Wilson Connectivity is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan and prepare production schedules for all products, coordinating with Supply Planning, Production and Engineering to meet ship dates based on forecasts and orders.

You will work closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Production and the Sales team daily, drawing on data, capacity, and materials to optimize sequences, lead times, and resource use. Strong Excel/MS Office and ERP experience are essential.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma required; associates or bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-5 years in a manufacturing environment, materials focus preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Windows-based productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain production schedules for all products.
• Analyze capacity data and forecasts to determine manufacturing needs.
• Plan sequencing for filling, assembly, and other operations.
• Coordinate with Leads and Senior Lead on workload status.
• Expedite and adjust schedules to meet changes.
• Prepare production reports and communicate ship dates.
• Collaborate with buyers to address material shortages.
• Lead production planning meetings and act as liaison for ship dates.
• Interface with Shipping/Receiving on daily incoming shipments.
