Job summary

Sinacola seeks a Texas Licensed Master Plumber to lead plumbing, piping, and mechanical work on commercial and infrastructure projects. You will supervise foremen and crews, coordinate with management, interpret plans, ensure code compliance, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience, and OSHA-30 certification, with a focus on safety and quality in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Texas Licensed Master Plumber license is required.
• 8+ years of verifiable plumbing/pipefitting/mechanical piping experience.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in leadership roles.
• Experience supervising multiple foremen and field crews.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes.
• Ability to read plumbing plans, P&IDs, isometrics, and shop drawings.
• Valid driver's license and OSHA-30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbing, piping, and mechanical work per plans and codes.
• Lead foremen, pipefitters, and crews to meet schedules.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain productivity.
• Ensure quality-control inspections and safety compliance.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
