Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort in Vermont is seeking a Master Plumber to coordinate and execute plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance across resort facilities. This is a full-time year-round, benefit-eligible position with a compensation range of $40.00–$45.00/hour.

The role requires a Vermont Master Plumber license, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service. Travel to various resort locations is possible. Weekend/holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Vermont Master Plumber license.
• Valid Vermont driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently solve problems and resolve customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Facility plumbing tasks and repairs.
• Boiler maintenance and repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance in common areas.
• Follow safety regulations and codes.
• Execute work orders from the resort system.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask and complete timely.
• Collaborate with other trades personnel.
• Maintain a safe workplace and perform other duties as assigned.
