Job summary

West Shore Home in Andover, MA is seeking a licensed Master Plumber to lead field installations and support our Operations team. The role starts at 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will guide crews, coordinate inspections, and stay current with plumbing codes and best practices. The position includes comprehensive health insurance options, a 401(k) plan with company match, an HSA, paid holidays and PTO, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Master Plumber License in good standing for the designated territory.
• Must have passion for developing others with plumbing expertise.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device for two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Use your plumbing license to secure permits, coordinate inspections, and meet local requirements.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies and support service calls.
• Conduct site inspections and scoping to maintain quality and safety.
• Serve as branch plumbing expert, guiding Installation Managers and teams.
• Stay current on codes, products, and techniques; promote safe practices.
