Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a skilled Master Plumber in Minneapolis, MN to support our installation teams and ensure high-quality, safe remodels. You will work closely with the Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Operations to maintain project flow and excellence in service.

The role requires a Minnesota/Wisconsin Master Plumber license, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30

Qualifications

Active Minnesota and Wisconsin Master Plumber License in good standing for designated territory.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Must have a smart device to log into required systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

Use plumbing license to secure permits, coordinate inspections, and ensure projects meet local requirements.
Respond to plumbing emergencies and support service calls.
Conduct job site inspections and scoping to maintain quality, safety, and installation standards.
Serve as the branch plumbing expert, providing guidance and training to Installation Managers and teams.
Stay current on plumbing codes, new products, and techniques while promoting safe work practices.
