The position requires managing work orders, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Master Plumber supports continuous improvement efforts and responds promptly to emergency situations, contributing to the overall operational excellence of Walmart’s facilities.

About the team: The team strategically deploys licensed plumbing professionals to minimize external service needs across multiple locations. Members perform preventive maintenance and repairs using expertise in plumbing, carpentry, and equipment handling. • Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and national plumbing codes and compliance requirements.
• Experience leading and mentoring plumbing teams, providing technical guidance and training.
• Strong skills in preventive maintenance, emergency response, and documentation of maintenance activities.
• Proficiency in managing work orders, schedules, parts procurement, and contractor coordination.
• Commitment to safety standards, OSHA and EPA regulations, and maintaining a safe work environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $35.00 - $70.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location
