Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a Master Plumber to install and oversee all plumbing related functions at the facility in Forsyth, GA. The ideal candidate will hold a Master Plumber license and have 1–3 years of commercial plumbing experience, with the ability to read blueprints and work from CMMS documentation.

You will perform skilled plumbing work, install fixtures, repair leaks, and ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master Plumber license and 1-3 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use CMMS for maintenance tasks.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work on-call shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs master level plumbing work including installation, maintenance, repair of fixtures and lines.
• Oversees plumbing systems to ensure code compliance and safety standards.
• Assembles, installs and repairs piping, fixtures and drainage components.
• Completes CMMS documentation and coordinates with maintenance team.
• Reads blueprints and works from specifications per codes and standards.
• Responds to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis.
