Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee all plumbing work to meet code compliance
• Handle permit processing, inspections, and follow‑up as needed
• Review upcoming projects to identify and resolve potential plumbing challenges
• Install and repair plumbing fixtures, drains, and piping systems
• Train and recruit plumbing team members to support branch growth
• Serve as liaison with inspectors and regulatory bodies

Ideal Profile

• Master Plumber license (or equivalent highest‑level qualification)
• 7‑10+ years of extensive plumbing experience with compliance and inspection knowledge
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
