Castle Contracting is a 100% employee-owned, self-performing, turnkey site preparation contractor. We help clients solve their most complex site challenges. Castle performs earthwork and site utility construction, including clearing, grading, trenching, excavation, water, wastewater, stormwater, electrical, gas, mechanical, plumbing, telecommunications, and directional drilling. Our team leverages new technology, in-house civil design-build services, and civil construction expertise to add value to project teams and mitigate risk for stakeholders. Castle has offices in St. Louis and Omaha.

Castle Contracting is currently seeking out a full-time qualified Master Plumber to work on exciting Commercial projects in the Omaha area.

• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Plumbing systems applications: Waste and Vent, Storm, Domestic Water, Compressed Air, Condensate Drain, Natural Gas, Process Utilities, Fixtures and Pumps.
• Comprehensive knowledge of multiple Plumbing material applications: Steel/carbon pipe, Copper Pipe, PVC/PCV pipe, Poly Pipe applications, Stainless Steel pipe and Aluminum pipe.
• Receives direct supervision and performs technical responsibilities.
• Coordinates own tasks with a specific range of responsibilities under established procedures.
• Contributes to a team under general supervision of an experienced professional or manager.
• Skilled specialist that demonstrates reliable judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations.
• Promote a positive learning environment in mentoring and directing of apprentices.
• Understand and implement lockout/tag-out procedures for safe and secure task(s)
• Perform testing, inspecting, and recording for all rough-in installations as required by building codes and project specifications.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in serviceable condition.
• Use materials and other resources conservatively to promote project success and profitability.
• Participate in the orientation of new partners on your job site.
• Install all systems and products per code, specifications, submittals, and contract documents.
• Provide applicable input promptly to maintain current “As-Built” record drawings.
• Demonstrates understanding of McCarthy Safety Guidelines and Procedures.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience.
• $1.00/hr increase to base pay if licensed.
