REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

REPORTS TO: Manager, Plumbing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our primary services include residential and commercial sanitary line replacements, water heater replacements, commercial grease trap replacements, and appliance or fixture repair or replacement. Inspect plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Demonstrated understanding of [STATE] plumbing code.
• Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps, and road signs.
• Ability to speak, cooperate, and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy including email and internet skills.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Master Plumbing License in the state of [STATE].
