Fathom Plumbing Solutions in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a full-time Master Plumber to lead residential and light commercial service calls, diagnose and repair systems, and guide apprentices while delivering high-quality installations.

This role offers $40–$50 per hour and a $4,000 sign-on bonus, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7 AM–4 PM; most work is within 30 miles of 48109, with occasional out-of-state opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master plumber license in Michigan.
• 5+ years of plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
• Organized and customer-focused work style.

ALL THAT YOU NEED IS:

• Master plumber license in Michigan
• 5+ years of plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a lead role
• Strong troubleshooting skills with consistent, high-quality installations and maintenance
• Strong computer literacy
• Organized, self-directed, and excellent at customer communication
