Fathom Plumbing Solutions in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an Experienced 3rd Year Plumber Apprentice or licensed journeyman to join our team. We offer industry-leading pay, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and phenomenal benefits, with a commitment to training and long-term growth.

You will handle residential and light commercial service calls, diagnose and repair plumbing systems, and use ServiceTitan to manage jobs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Competenze

• 3rd year plumber apprentice license or licensed journeyman preferred.

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR EXPERIENCED 3RD YEAR PLUMBER APPRENTICE:

• Handle residential and light commercial plumbing service calls
• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems with precision
• Use ServiceTitan to track jobs and earn bonus opportunities
• Deliver honest, high-quality customer service
• Receive ongoing training in safety, technical skills, and sales

Work-Life Balance You'll Love:

• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule (7:00 am – 4:00 pm)
• Usually work within 30 miles of Ann Arbor
• Occasional out-of-state jobs (1–3 times/year) negotiable
• Dispatch-from-home option available
• Emergency calls optional

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3rd year apprentice plumber license (licensed journeyman is a plus!)
• 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, and customer service skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan or construction is a bonus

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
