Job summary

Hyundai of Anderson is seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our team. Must currently be an A or B technician and motivated to work. SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE! $3,000 - $5,000!

Qualifications

• ASE certification preferred.
• Must have own tools to perform automotive repairs and diagnosis.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine systems.
• Repair brake and steering systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems.
• Replace or repair transmissions and fuel components as needed.
• Repair cooling components and systems including air conditioners and engine cooling.
• Perform emissions inspections and safety checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Produce legible and accurate paperwork reflecting work performed.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license for conducting test drives.

Automotive Technician Duties And Responsibilities

An Automotive Technician is largely responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle engine systems. Automotive Technicians may have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Repair brake and steering systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic systems.
• Replace or repair transmissions and fuel components as needed.
• Repair cooling components and systems including air conditioners and engine cooling.
• Perform emissions inspections and safety checks
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Automotive Technician Qualifications

• Hyundai/KIA Certification preferred
• Have the tools necessary to perform automotive repairs and diagnosis
