Solon Manufacturing Company is seeking a Master Planner and Inventory Manager to lead the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and optimize inventory investments at our Chardon, Ohio facility. This on-site, full-time role focuses on aligning demand with capacity and material availability to sustain efficient operations.

You will coordinate across Sales, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to meet customer requirements and drive continuous improvement and long-term growth.
