Job summary

Kellanova in Muncy, PA is seeking a Master Planner to lead scheduling of planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance across the maintenance team. You will coordinate with Operations, Reliability, and Quality & Food Safety to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient plant operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with related experience, plus strong technical aptitude and experience with SAP or similar maintenance planning software.

Do you have a passion for work planning and the maintenance trade? We are looking for our next thought leader who has a vision for excellent results at our Muncy, PA facility as a Master Planner. This role will have you working with a variety of teams including operations, maintenance leadership, and food safety to plan and coordinate our way to success!

As a vital member of our Maintenance team, your skills are essential to the entire facility’s smooth operation. We integrate integrity with excellence, ensuring our decisions are rooted in our commitment to quality and reliability. You will plan, lead, and execute various projects to enhance our maintenance reliability and efficiency.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Scheduling Support – You will be scheduling planned, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities whether through your own activities or the activities of the process and packing planners per our Work Order Management process.
• Teamwork – Your ability to work as part of a team is key, as you will be working alongside the Maintenance Planning team and coordinating with Operations, Reliability and Quality & Food Safety.
• Metric and Safety Driven – You will help drive our values that are important to us, such as People Safety and Food Safety. We also want to ensure all KPIs are met, and continuous improvement is at the forefront of our day-to-day responsibilities.

We’re Looking for Someone With

Compensation

The annual salary range is $66,850 - $100,275, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
