Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing a positive impression of the Maxx Fitness 365 Studios.
• Create a positive and high-energy atmosphere and culture, where clients can take their fitness to the next level.
• Create rapport with customers that may lead to sales of personal training or additional services.
• Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement.
• Instruct participants in maintaining exertion levels to maximize benefits from exercise routines.
• Teach proper breathing techniques used during physical exertion.
• Evaluate individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and develop suitable training programs to meet any special requirements.
• Monitor participants' progress and adapt programs as needed.
• Must be a sales-driven individual with goals to work on salary plus commission.
• Must have 3-5 years of experience and two recognized Personal Training Certifications.

Physical Functions:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• Open availability to work 40 or more hours each week.
• Certified Fitness Trainers or Instructors required.
