GYMGUYZ is the leading in-home personal training company. As a Master Trainer in Carmel, IN, you will drive new business and deliver exceptional fitness training services to clients, tailoring programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App to meet individual needs.

You will assess clients, close initial sales, mentor team members, perform reassessments, and promote the brand through proactive outreach and marketing efforts. Flexible hours and both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Formación

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (ISSA/NASM/ACE/ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Conduct initial assessments and close initial sales.
• Mentor Personal Trainers on the team.
• Perform Reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through various marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings and other duties as assigned.

Job Overview

Building rapport with prospective clients during assessments is essential, and you will confidently present our services, address concerns, close sales, and actively drive new business. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to mentor and train team members, contributing to their growth and development.

Compensation: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
