Job Overview

As a GYMGUYZ Master Trainer, you will play a key role in driving new business and delivering exceptional in-home fitness services. You will use your expertise to promote our brand, create personalized training programs, and build rapport with clients. Your responsibilities include conducting assessments, closing sales, mentoring team members, and contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training tailored to clients' goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
• Conduct assessments and close initial sales.
• Mentor other Personal Trainers.
• Perform re-assessments and close renewal sales.
• Drive new business through marketing efforts.
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to clients and businesses.
• Travel to training sessions and maintain schedules.
• Attend team meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Previous sales experience in fitness.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel and flexible hours.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
