The Fitness Equation Master Trainers are responsible for maintaining a high level of expertise in programming while conducting workout regimens for our highest value clientele. They stay current with industry trends through continuous self‑education.

They may occasionally lecture and mentor practicing trainers.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized exercise programs consistent with customer fitness and exercise goals.
• Consistently achieve monthly production goals established by the Fitness Director and/or Assistant Fitness Director.

Qualifications

• Must have a current nationally accredited personal training certification (e.g., ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSPA) or a college degree in an exercise‑related field.
• Must hold 1 CPT and 3 additional certifications.
• Must hold a current CPR / AED certification.
• Demonstrated previous successful personal training experience in a commercial fitness center.
