Job Overview

As a GYMGUYZ Master Trainer, you will drive new business and deliver exceptional in-home fitness training. Your role involves creating personalized programs, conducting assessments, closing sales, and possibly mentoring team members to foster growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home and on-site training to clients of diverse fitness levels
• Create tailored exercise programs using our Fitness App
• Conduct assessments and close initial sales
• Mentor other personal trainers
• Perform re-assessments and renewals
• Market our services to attract new clients
• Represent the GYMGUYZ brand
• Travel to client locations
• Manage appointments via scheduling app
• Participate in team meetings and other duties

Qualifications

• Recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE)
• CPR/AED certification
• Sales experience in fitness
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• Strong communication skills
