Qualifications

• 4 years Journeyman level in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Paint surfaces and coatings on walls, floors, ceilings as part of routine maintenance and projects.
• Prepare surfaces, mix colors, and apply finishes; tape/mud/finish wallboard; install wall coverings; inspect and maintain wall conditions; manage basic painter tools and equipment.
