Wiers Fleet Partners in Nashville, TN is seeking a Master Mobile Diesel Technician to diagnose and repair diesel systems on-site for fleet customers. You’ll own your service territory, work in the field with a fully equipped mobile truck, and build strong relationships while staying compliant and reliable.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair diesel systems on-site—from routine maintenance to complex issues
• Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance

What You Bring

• 5+ years of diesel technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, not required)
• Ability to handle heavy components and work in field conditions
• Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certifications
• Mobile or field service experience
• Advanced diagnostic training
