Wiers Fleet Partners in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and service heavy-duty trucks and equipment. Earn $35–$43 hourly with a $5K sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package.

You will perform DOT inspections, run advanced diagnostics, and contribute to a team that values mentorship, safety, and quality workmanship. Regular full-time position with opportunities for growth and certification support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
• At least 3 years of diesel technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to perform repairs with little or no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, evaluate, and repair major components on heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
• Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Complete electronic repairs and advanced engine diagnostics.
• Maintain quality standards and follow all safety protocols.
• Accurately document work and communicate with service advisors.
• Support team operations and help mentor newer technicians.

• $35–$43 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
