Job summary

SourceLine is seeking an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our Byron, GA team. Position targets a B-level technician or higher, with focus on Can-Am, Yamaha, and Suzuki across on-road/off-road units.

The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles, ATVs, and recreational gear, with Can-Am Spyder/Ryker work and ongoing brand training in a dealership environment.

Qualifications

• B-level motorcycle technician experience required.
• Master Technician experience highly valued.
• Experience on both on-road and off-road motorcycles.
• Yamaha and/or Suzuki experience strongly preferred.
• Can-Am experience, Spyder or Ryker, is a plus.
• ATV experience preferred and watercraft experience a plus.
• Experience with other brands such as Honda, Triumph, Harley-Davidson, Indian, or Victory is helpful.
• Must have your own basic hand tools and toolbox.
• Comfortable using laptops, tablets, and digital repair-order systems.
• Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair on-road and off-road motorcycles.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on dirt bikes, ATVs, and other recreational units.
• Work primarily with Yamaha, Suzuki, and Can-Am products.
• Service Can-Am Spyder and Ryker three-wheel on-road units.
• Document repairs and services performed clearly.
• Track time on repair orders using dealership systems.
• Follow manufacturer procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain an organized, professional work area.
• Pursue ongoing training to expand knowledge across brands.
