Qualifications

• Mopar Certified Master Technician or equivalent industry certifications.
• Extensive experience diagnosing and repairing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on FCA vehicles.
• Maintain Mopar certification standards and performance benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical issues with precision.
• Conduct routine maintenance and vehicle inspections.
• Stay current with manufacturer updates and service protocols.
• Communicate repair estimates and status to service advisors.
