Martin Marietta is seeking a Master Mobile Mechanic to lead diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds on heavy mobile equipment across sites. You will supervise mechanics, mentor the crew, and drive improvements in fleet performance while ensuring MSHA and company standards are followed.
You will use CAT ET and Komatsu diagnostics to interpret fault codes, perform calibrations, and certify that equipment meets specifications before return to production. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

You will diagnose complex issues, perform precision repairs, and mentor mechanics while driving continuous improvement in fleet performance.
As the Master Mobile Mechanic, you are expected to serve as a technical lead, supervising complex rebuilds, managing yellow iron health, and providing on-the-job mentorship to the maintenance team while ensuring 100% compliance with MSHA and Martin Marietta standards.

The hiring range for this position is $38.00 -$65.00 exclusive of benefits or bonuses (discretionary and non-discretionary). The offered base compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Martin Marietta we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the compensation for those in similarly situated roles and direct team members. The hiring range for this role represents the base compensation we expect to pay for the position at time of hire and does not represent the total possible base pay of the position.
