Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of bartender, barback, or similar experience or formal training.
• Must possess TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol or equivalent certification.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per standard recipes and guest preferences.
• Take guest orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, drinks, wine, and beer selections and make recommendations.
• Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a clean, organized bar area.
• Check IDs and monitor alcohol service; intervene as needed.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle opening/closing duties and assist with inventory and ordering of bar supplies.
