Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Bartender for Bethlehem Barrel & Drafthouse to craft and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, greet guests, and process transactions. You will ensure safety through ID checks and adhere to cash handling policies while maintaining a welcoming service mindset.

Responsibilities include setting up/breaking down stations, inventory, and delivering outstanding guest experiences with a positive attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• May include providing servers drinks from the service well
• Adheres to alcohol service policies and checks IDs to ensure legal drinking age
• Adheres to cash handling policies
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintains a positive demeanor toward guests, clients, and coworkers
