Responsibilities

• Handle escalated calls and process customer warranty claims, making judgment calls that serve both customer and business interests.
• Evaluate candidates applying to be mobile technicians with YourMechanic.
• Assess ongoing performance of current mechanic team.
• Support our mobile mechanics by troubleshooting complex diagnostics, advising on customer service issues, and assisting with day-to-day team needs.

Requirements

• Master Level Automotive Technician specializing in European makes and models.
• 10-15 years of experience as a Master Mechanic in a dealership or independent shop.
• Experience as a Service Advisor supporting customer service and warranty claims.
• Experience leading technician interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit.
• Ability to take ownership, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and solve problems effectively.
• Sound judgment and decisive decision-making skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset without egos.
