Grace Medical Center in Baltimore is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain building systems and infrastructure, ensuring a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff. Under general supervision, you will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and coordinate with the facilities team using CMMS.
The role requires five years’ experience with mechanical and electrical systems, a HS diploma, journeyman preferred and a valid MD driver's license.
About the Role: This position is responsible for completing all tasks associated with maintaining the facility, buildings, grounds, and infrastructure equipment, of Grace Medical Center, including its off-campus buildings. Under limited supervision, installs, repairs, and maintains all physical elements of the institution to ensure a safe environment for all patients, visitors, and staff. In general, tasks that will be completed include: Corrective Work Order completion, Preventative Maintenance completion, problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution, documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and communicating with the Hospital's and Facilities department's management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Rate between $24 to $32, dependent on experience and internal equity.
On call every third weekend but otherwise Monday-Friday 10 am to 6:30 pm
