Job description

* Installs and repairs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus control systems & instruments

* Measures, cuts, bents, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit, using applicable hand tools or power equipment

* Connects wiring to lighting fixtures & power equipment

* Installs controls & apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit breaker panels

* Test electrical systems & equipment

* Observes operations of equipment to detect hazards & need for adjustments, relocation & replacement

* Determine defects, maintains, assembles, installs & repairs pipes, fittings & fixtures of heating, water & drainage systems according to specifications & codes

* Measures, cuts, threads, bends, assembles & installs valves, pipe fittings & pipes

* Installs, repairs & maintains plumbing & plumbing fixtures

* Keep inventory of supplies & advise Purchasing of needed supplies

* May assist other maintenance person(s)

* Observes & practices good housekeeping

* Adhere to all safety rules & regulations

* May be required to perform any other work as may be determined by the company
