Job summary

KPS Global, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator in Conyers, GA to set up and operate production equipment under supervision, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You will read job orders and blueprints to position machinery and materials, load/unload, and complete associated paperwork.

Responsibilities include pre-shift maintenance, upholding 5S standards, and working in a non-temperature-controlled environment while wearing PPE.

Qualifications

GED or HS diploma preferred.
Less than one year in construction or manufacturing.
Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
Proven experience operating equipment safely.

Responsibilities

Follow Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Code of Conduct requirements.
Operate manual production machinery and equipment.
Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to position equipment and materials.
Load, unload, lift, and move materials with lifting equipment when available.
Complete and maintain electronic processes and paperwork including bar-coding and shipping documents.
Perform pre-shift preventative maintenance.
Maintain 5S standards and departmental housekeeping.
