Job summary

AMIkids in Jacksonville seeks a Master Level Counselor to deliver individualized clinical services to youth ages 13-21. You will provide face-to-face therapy, develop treatment plans, and coordinate crisis interventions within a supportive team.

You should hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, have or pursue independent licensure, and be ready to serve in a dynamic, outcomes-driven environment with ongoing supervision and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related Human Services field.
• Ability to meet professional standards, licensure/certification and/or contract requirements.
• Independent licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment through development, implementation, and oversight of specialized services (screening, assessments, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, referrals).
• Meet individualized clinical needs of youth and ensure quality care.
