Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• State of Michigan license in respective discipline.
• Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or CAADC preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment and aftercare plans based on patient assessments and histories.
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.
• Coordinate services for client care, including referrals and aftercare planning.
• Conduct didactic sessions and provide resources on chemical dependency and recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports per policies and procedures.
