Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family, and other therapeutic services in a variety of settings under supervision of a licensed therapist or psychologist.

file deficiencies within established timeframes.Assist clients and families with transitions in care and complete required transition summaries, plans, letters, and other correspondence.Provide crisis intervention and participate in or coordinate emergency services when necessary.Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, families, referral sources, coworkers, and community partners.Provide clinical consultation and support to treatment team members within the scope of practice.Provide training and guidance regarding clinical issues and evidence-based initiatives.Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.Education and/or Experience Qualifications:Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution required.Previous experience providing behavioral health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, or facilitating behavioral health groups preferred.Experience working with individuals and families experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges preferred.Experience providing telehealth services preferred.Required License/Certification:Must meet applicable state requirements for a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider and/or behavioral health professional.Must be eligible to obtain full professional licensure through the applicable state licensing board.Must complete all required clinical supervision hours and successfully pass applicable licensing examinations.Must provide current copies of all applicable professional licenses and certifications.Must be willing to obtain and maintain licensure in additional states as required by organizational needs.Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current automobile insurance required.Additional Qualifications:Strong knowledge of diagnostic criteria and treatment approaches for mental health and/or substance use disorders.Knowledge of behavioral health rehabilitation methods, principles, and evidence-based treatment modalities.Understanding of the challenges experienced by individuals and families affected by mental health and/or substance use disorders.Knowledge of applicable legal, ethical, regulatory, and documentation requirements.Familiarity with court procedures and legal requirements related to behavioral health treatment preferred.Strong caseload management, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to establish effective therapeutic relationships through in-person, telephone, and telehealth interactions.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to
